An example of Web 2.0 services are MySpace, Blogs, YouTube, Facebook, and podcasts to name a few. This presentation will show how they work and how they can be used during the funeral process.

    It is likely that the internet will change the face of the funeral industry in many of the services, such as buying a cemetery plot, just as it has everything else.
